My name is Philip Walter. That's me teaching the class above. Flow Recovery Orientation
Included in every first-timer’s boot camp package is a 90-minute flow recovery workshop and orientation. My workouts are designed to unbind your innate physical flow and help you burn excess fat and build functional strength, but for total fitness, this is only part of the picture.
You must also be aware of how your eating habits affect your progress, and understand how your reactions to the stresses of everyday life hinder your flow. During orientation, we will discuss nutritional strategies, set goals, and go over some of the most effective ways to deal with day-to-day stress, all to insure your success during the boot camp workout program. We will also do your initial fitness assessment, which includes taking basic measurements and snapping before photos.
This is a casual event that takes place the Saturday prior to each bootcamp beginning. We typically meet at the River Market Pavillion at 2:00 pm, where we'll have about 45 minutes of lecture and discussion, followed by assessments. After that, I encourage everyone to head to Sticky Fingerz' patio for a pre-bootcamp happy hour, where we can all get to know each other better over a cold draft beer, or whatever your pleasure happens to be!

Boot Camp Details
Location: All workouts are held at various spots in Murray Park, Little Rock, AR
Duration: Boot Camps Run 4 Weeks, Each Session is 45-Minutes or Less
Days/Times: Depending on demand, I run 2 boot camps simultaneously, M-W-R, 6:00-6:45 am, and 5:30-6:15 pm. The next orientation is Saturday, April 25, for the bootcamp running April 27 thru May 21, 2009. This one's filling up quickly, so sign up via PayPal today or send me an e-mail soon!
Cost: The cost for one month (12 classes + the Flow Recovery Workshop/Orientation) is $199 per person. I am open to making adjustments in prices if you can't attend all the classes.
